Boomer has made himself a staple in our program. He loves to trail ride and can also spend the day jumping or jogging on the rail. When he’s not working, he’s hanging out with his buddy, Ivy.
Fiona is one of our smaller mounts but she packs a big heart! She loves to trail ride and is becoming well rounded in all of the arena work. When she's not working, you can always find her hanging out with her best friend, Harvest.
Molly is the best friend to Oreo. She has the smoothest trot and canter, and is always willing to listen to her rider. We are so thankful to Mrs. Holly for letting Molly be in our program, we sure love her!
Cash is a favorite for so many in our lesson program. He spent many years winning blue ribbons in the show pen, so he has a been there, done that attitude. He is an excellent teacher for those learning to trot and canter for the first time.
We've enjoyed watching Harvest grow from a lanky teenager to a graceful, mature mount. He is a beautiful mover and has a love for jumping on top of a great personality!
Ivy is a champ in whatever she's doing! She rides both English and western, showing in everything from jumping to ranch riding. She's also wonderful on the trail. Ivy is the only arabian in our lesson program, we love her petite build and sweet face!
Maddie is owned and loved well by Kaylee, and we are so thankful that we get to have Maddie teach beginners in our lesson program. Her laid back personality makes her ideal for toting the little ones around and teaching them how to trot.
Benny is the big man on campus! He's a Belgian cross who spent his first 13 years working for the Amish. He can do it all and looks stunning while doing it!
Bubba is the best friend to Cheyenne and Patches! He is also a barn favorite! He has a smooth canter, loves to trail ride, and is fun to play games on.
Zoe was trained by Mrs. Lindsey who loved her so much she bought her as her own personal show horse. After very successfully showing Zoe for a year, Zoe joined the lease program when she has won many blue ribbons in just about every arena she has stepped in. She has her ROM in open ranch riding, youth ranch riding, and youth trail. She gets to wear the hat of Mrs. Lindsey’s second favorite horse ever!
Drew is our little cutie! He is Mr. Personality and lots of fun! He is the first one to come to the gate and loves spending time with people. Drew is used in intermediate and advanced lessons / showing in everything from dressage and jumping to cattle work. His quick advanced maneuvers make him a favorite to those who have a little experience under their belts.
With her smooth lope and jog, and ability to do the advanced maneuvers, Time brings a lot to the lesson program. She shows in everything from dressage and jumping to team sorting. Time also has a laid back personality and adjusts to her riders needs making her a great horse for the beginner to the advanced.
Sweet Cheyenne has been with the lesson program from the first year. She is 25 years young now and does beginner lessons. She is very quiet and loves to follow Mrs. Lindsey around. She can be a bit on the lazy side but is great for learning how to trot and lope. We love Cheyenne!
Charlie is so much fun and loves cow work. She has a great handle on her with nice roll back & turns and stops. She is such an athlete. Definitely a favorite for learning flying lead changes and cattle work. She is so versatile that everyone from beginner to the advanced love her.
Joe has been on the farm for 20 years now. Lindsey’s Dad bought him as a yearling for her sister, Casey. He has worked in the lesson program since it started. He is very easy going, I don’t think we’ve ever seen him get in a hurry! Everyone loves Joe, including Mrs. Lindsey, he is one of her favorite lesson horses!
May has been in the lesson program for 13 years now. She is steady and quiet for beginners but also loves to do cow working. She enjoys the show ring and has a lovely jog. We love to laugh at May in the summer months when she gets in the pond and goes almost all the way under, you can only see her eyes and nose, like a crocodile!
Rocky is 15 years old and 14 hands, but don't tell him. He thinks he's a 2 year old Clydesdale! Rocky is ridden mostly by Lindsey's daughter, Hollynn, who shows him in local saddle clubs and dressage shows. He even won his first money team sorting this past summer! He's used in the program (when we can peel Hollynn off of him) in all sorts of lessons thanks to his versatility!
